$81,800 Plus 15% Interest

The judicial system within any nation reflects the moral temperature of that society.
The American Judicial system has several major flaws.
* It assumes that a criminal cares about what a judge has said or has not said. That there is a fear of punishment.
*It assumes that criminals are not as smart or smarter than those with law degree's.
Both fatal flaws.

During the hearing I told Judge Ritter that Robert Huckins would not comply with his ruling because he has refused to comply with any judges ruling. He would not repay the money. He's far too narcissistic to believe that anyone can make him do anything.

Is he making a total fool of Judge Ritter and the 12th Distr
ict Judicial system?

Yes, but he's been doing that for over a decade.

As of Friday July 30th, 2010 Robert Huckins has not even made an attempt to repay the JULY payment as determined by the 12th Judicial Court ruling in the multiple felony fraud plea bargain.

So, he still owes me $81,800 PLUS 15% interest, which MUST be paid within a 5 year period, failing re-payment he owes society 27 years i
n jail.

Next week the paperwork to revoke his probation will be started but Huckins is smart enough to work the system to his benefit.. while the victims are left without any protection from his constant antics, and he has both his freedom and a comfortable home.
American should be thoroughly ashamed.

Is it time for him to go to jail yet?

Civilization is built on a number of ultimate principles... respect for human life, the punishment of crimes against property and persons, the equality of all good citizens before the law... or, in a word justice. - Max Nordau

The Gambler

On a warm summer's evenin' on a train bound for nowhere I met up with the gambler.............

I have never met the man, yet he has shown me more caring and compassion than every single church - or anyone who calls themselves a brother or sister in Christ. I call him The Gambler.

Up until 2009 I would have probably tried to convince a gambler that he or she should "trust God" even though the same person may profess Christ.

I didn't believe in gambling and would have probably thrown in a few scriptures to strengthen my argument, even though scripture actually say's nothing about the subject with any clarity .

Then out of sheer desperation I allowed my employer to buy me lottery tickets every week, but I paid no mind to them. Soon I was paying mind to them - and each week I was growing more and more frustrated that people were winning - but it wasn't ME.

Getting money out of Robert Huckins is tantamount to getting the devil to sing Amazing Grace, and one evening as my impatience grew waiting for the JULY payment I found myself clutching a handful of lottery tickets in desperate fervent prayer.

No longer was I asking the Lord for a small home, a comfortable home, no more and no less than Robert Huckins seems to have been protected from losing. I wanted something GRAND. I wanted a miracle so big it would show me without a doubt that God is listening to me and if only ONE cares about a homeless woman it was HE who led the children of Israel to the Promised Land.

The more I prayed, the more tightly I held those lottery tickets, and the more my prayers turned to begging. Repetitious begging.

The monsoon rains had flooded the shed I am living in, and in turn flooded the septic system attached to the house. With mold growing right through the walls of the shed and sewage water soaking the floor I felt sure that God would deliver me from this nightmare by miraculous intervention.

Imagine my feelings when the numbers were called and instead of confetti and champagne, relief that this ordeal is over at last, I found that someone had indeed won - but it wasn't ME.

Disheartened, seriously questioning my own worth, I fell into a fitful asleep rehearsing - in my dreams - all the ways I could end this pain.

The next morning I tried to use the computer, but with all of the electrical wires in the shed being soaked in water for the past 2-3 weeks I could not stay on-line and sheer panic set in. It took me four hours to e-mail one person... and that was The Gambler.
Then I forgot about the e-mail, and forgot about the Gambler.

Yet he didn't forget about me.... and neither did he give me the normal platitudes I have heard a million times in the past three years. He simply said, "No need to sigh, help has arrived."

It wasn't the lottery. But it felt like it.
It wasn't wrapped in scripture, yet God was right there in the center.
It isn't going to give me that GRAND home I had been imploring our Creator to provide for me the night prior.
But God knows our hearts desire no matter what foolishness our lips may utter.

It was enough to purchase an ancient 12x80 single wide trailer that has seen better days but can, God willing, see brighter days ahead, and afford the cost of transporting it into Lincoln County. And put in a new floor, and sheet rock, prayerfully do more improvements before winter comes. Not a permanent solution, but a great temporary solution which can later be made into a tack room with shower/kitchen.

It was more than enough for God to answer the question I had laid before Him the night before when I questioned His love for me.

And it was more than enough for me to have hope - such a priceless gift.

And tonight I thank God for ... The Gambler.

Hebrews 13:1-2
  • "Let brotherly love continue.
  • Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares".
Matthew 25:40

  • "And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me".

Muppets, Saturday Night Live.. Meet The 12th District Judicial System!

35 plus years ago I met Jim Henson on a train leaving London, England. He was the only human being carrying a surf board on the train so he somewhat stuck out like a sore thumb. I sat next to him, totally unaware of whom he was, and we sat chatting until he got off the train near Oxford. A surf board in the middle of London is a guaranteed conversation starter. He was one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure to meet, and in the past week I have thought about him and that daft surf board time and time again.

The more I try the more insulting and surreal it becomes.

Am I REALLY in America?

I am so convinced that one day Jim Henson and the entire cast of the "Muppets" will appear in our courtrooms that I obtained the phone number for the Saturday Night Live program with a wonderful skit idea. You just can't make this stuff up.

We have an absolute gold mine of material right here within the American judicial system that it would be a crime - no pun intended - to waste it.

The probation office set the monthly payments at $450+ per month. On the 2nd of July I received $120 from Huckins via the NM probation office for the month of JUNE.

Did I say that the payments had been set at $450+ per month? And where they not to be on time? Well, yes, but perhaps they didn't MEAN it.

*Sigh*

The arrival of the $120 almost had me in tears. How can America, in good conscience, claim to go into other nations to take democracy, freedom, justice when it is TOTALLY INCAPABLE of establishing such on American soil?

I sent a letter to the judge, legislators and the press.

To all concerned:

On Friday July 02 I received a check from the probation office for the sum of $120.

I will be returning that money, un-cashed, back to the court on July 12th.

Several weeks ago my oldest daughter was told that the monthly payment amount had been set at $450+ per month. Even THAT amount would not have helped my mother and I obtain the home SHE BOUGHT AND PAID FOR.

July the 4th is my mothers birthday. I have not seen her in 3 years, and she has been unable to see her daughter, grand-children and great grandchildren. Her ONLY remaining family members during that time period.

I have heard enough stupidity about how easily our predicament can be resolved.. As long as you disregard an elderly British woman who has had her money stolen by an American.

Homelessness, careers, family .. All the TRIVIAL things according to those within the American judicial system. Of course those are the very same factors the judicial system gives Huckins protection from losing.

In August 2008 Governor Bill Richardson sent in white collar criminal investigator John Barnes to demand that my mothers money be returned.

DAYS prior to his scheduled arrival ... EIGHT months AFTER I started begging that the judicial system to protect my mothers money... Huckins walked out of the bank with $110,000 in CASH.

In October 2008 Huckins sat in jail on 100k CASH ONLY bond for almost 7 weeks. He sat in jail knowing that he didn't have to reveal the $110,000 he walked out of the bank with, $82,200,00 of which was MY MOTHERS MONEY.

He sat patiently knowing that it was but a matter of time before another judge would feel sorry for him, assume that he didn't have any money, and would let him walk out of jail.
And that is EXACTLY what happened.

Today he made a plea bargain with Judge Ritter of the 12th District court, and he did so KNOWING that the words "expedient return of the money" held no power.

No sooner had he sat in ONE sentencing and restoration hearing promising to return the money WITH EXPEDIENCE ( and remember he was tape recorded giving the exact same promise - return my mothers money within THIRTY DAYS - in August, 2008, by three members of the white collar crime division) than he walked into the probation office and said that HE COULDN'T PAY THE MONEY?

My question is, Why accept a plea bargain if you don't intend to pay the money?

WHO was the person who even suggested that Huckins should return to the construction industry making cabinets and doors in his shop? ISN"T THAT THE WAY SOME WOMEN LOST THEIR MONEY?

I am going to be at the court hearing on the 12th and 30th of July. I would like the plea bargain to be dismissed and the jail sentence acted upon.

It's time to stop this mental terrorism and torment of the victims and demand that the penalty be paid.

PUT THIS MAN IN JAIL!

Failing that I am pitching a tent, BECAUSE I AM HOMELESS, outside the courthouse!

Respectfully

~Denise Bundy~

The real insult is that employee's at Wal-Mart had told me that Huckins is spending MORE than that amount per month buying donuts for his co-workers, and cigarettes. We wouldn't want the courts to deprive a convicted felon of his donut fix would we?
